Welcome to InteractiVR. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InteractiVR's AI-powered interview training platform, including our VR application, desktop application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using InteractiVR, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using InteractiVR, you confirm that:
You are at least 16 years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
If using on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms
2. Description of Service
InteractiVR provides AI-powered interview training through:
Candidate Mode: Practice answering interview questions with AI interviewers
Hiring Manager Mode: Practice conducting interviews with AI candidates
Performance Feedback: Receive scores, analysis, and improvement recommendations
Resume Integration: Personalize practice sessions with your background
The Service is available on Meta Quest VR headsets and Windows desktop computers.
3. Account Registration
To use InteractiVR, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your password
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
Fees
Access to InteractiVR requires a paid subscription. Pricing and plans are available on our website or by contacting [email protected].
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms
Price Changes
We may change subscription fees upon 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
Use the Service to develop competing products
Share your account credentials with others
Resell or redistribute access to the Service
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.

Contains personal information of others without consent

7. Intellectual Property

InteractiVR, including all software, AI models, designs, logos, and content, is owned by Reflections Production and protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription.
Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute our software
Use our trademarks without permission
Claim ownership of any part of the Service
Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use it without obligation to you.
8. AI-Generated Content
Nature of AI
InteractiVR uses artificial intelligence to:
Generate interview questions
Simulate interviewer and candidate conversations
Provide performance feedback and recommendations
Limitations
AI-generated content is provided for educational and practice purposes only. We do not guarantee that:
AI feedback is always accurate or complete
Practice sessions will match real interview experiences
Following recommendations will result in job offers
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for evaluating AI feedback and making your own decisions about your career and interview preparation.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT
UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
We do not warrant that:
The Service will meet your specific requirements
Results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
Errors or defects will be corrected
The Service will be available at all times
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
REFLECTIONS PRODUCTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Personal injury or property damage
Any damages arising from your use of the Service
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reflections Production, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
15. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. We will try to resolve disputes within 30 days.
Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Los Angeles, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
16. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reflections Production regarding the Service.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
