Offline Mode: InteractiVR does not work offline. The AI interviewer requires cloud connectivity to function.

If you're using InteractiVR in a corporate or university environment, ensure these are not blocked:
Outbound HTTPS (port 443) must be allowed
WebSocket connections must be permitted
AI/ML service domains should be whitelisted
Checking Your Setup
Test Your Microphone
Windows:
Open Settings → System → Sound
Under Input, select your microphone
Speak and watch the volume bar move
If no movement, check connections and permissions
In VR:
Go to Settings → Device → Microphone
Ensure microphone is enabled
Test in a voice app like Meta Messenger
Test Your Internet Speed
Visit speedtest.net and check:
Download speed: 10+ Mbps minimum
Upload speed: 5+ Mbps minimum
Ping: Under 100ms preferred
Troubleshooting Common Issues
"Microphone not detected"
Check that your mic is plugged in
Grant microphone permissions to InteractiVR
Try a different microphone
Restart the application
"Slow AI responses"
Check your internet connection
Move closer to your Wi-Fi router
Close other bandwidth-heavy applications
Try a wired ethernet connection (Desktop)
"App won't install" (VR)
Free up storage on your headset
Restart your Quest and try again
Ensure your Quest software is up to date

Update your graphics drivers
Run as Administrator
